In the evening on October 20, on their way back home from the Republic of Dagestan, two residents of Ingushetia – Khutiev, Mohamed Aslanbekovich, and Khashagulgov, Aslan Yakhyaevich (a nephew of Issa Khashagulgov, earlier arrested on suspicion of committing the terror act in Vladikavkaz). According to relatives of the missing persons, Mohamed and Aslan are employees of the Ministry of Construction of Ingushetia.

Aslan’s father said that Mohamed and his son were returning from Makhachkala in Khutiev’s car. «For the last time Aslan made a call at about six o’clock in the evening and said that he was on the way home. But already at seven none of his phones answered. I don’t want to talk about kidnapping; I see no reason, except, maybe, our now too resonant surname,» said Yakhya Khashagulgov.
