27.10.2003, Ismail was kidnapped from service station in Troitskaya stanitsa,Sunzhensky district,Ingushetiya. He was kidnapped by some camouflaged,masked and armed persons at about 16:00 in the day. During Ismail kidnapping,according to the words of many witnesses,he was severely beaten.Then cuffed he was thrown in the minibus «Gazel» and driven with Ismail’s car in an unknown direction.As well a worker of the service station was cruelly beaten and driven by the same abductors but at that day he was thrown out of the minibus.

Ismail’s relatives have private information that Albakov Ismail was kidnapped by members of RF FSB bureau on Ingushetiya and brought to Magas where he was beaten and tortured with electric current in the basement. After that he was brought to an unknown direction. Having known of Ismail’s kidnapping,his mother lost the sight of one eye,she is a bed-patient. Shortly before the kidnapping,Ismail’s son was born.His relatives left no stone unturned to find him but failed in their searchings. Up to now it is unknown where he is and how is his health.
