In February, 27, 2004,Tsitskiev Ibragim Shabazgireyevich,born in 1964,with his friend,Albogachiev Khamid Sultanovich,born in 1967,came to see his diseased mother in Nalchik town by his auto «GAZ-3110»,oxford gray color. His mother was treated in psychoneurological hospital «Dubki» in Nalchik. Ibragim and his comrade Khamid Albogachiev did not approach the hospital. Since that moment they had not been seen anybody. Their relatives have no any information about the location of Tsitskiev Ibragim and Albogachiev Khamid and reasons of their kidnapping.

Tsitskiev Ibragim is married and has 3 juvenile children.

By the fact,Pyatigorsk procuracy instituted legal proceedings. Now,the legal proceedings are stayed.

Alongside with that, Ibragim Tsitskiev’s relatives believe that during preview of the investigation did not accomplish all necessary operational search and inquisitional actions,directed onto establishing persons who commited the abduction.
