Ask to take necessary steps to ascertain a location of my husband,Tsechoev T.S. His kidnapping circumstances,established by us are following: in March, 11, 2004, my husband and assistant procurator Ozdoev R.B. were abducted and driven away in an unknown direction. Now,it is known that the indicated actions were made by members of RF FSB bureau on Ingushetiya. The kidnapped men were driven in an unknown direction and up to now their location has not ascertained. Within-named actions have criminal characteristics and I am anxious about my husband’s life and health.

In accordance with russian laws,I ask you to take steps to find and set free my husband as well as to bring to trial the offending persons-the RF FSB bureau on Ingushetiya.
