ndiev Timur Яндиев Mukhamedovich, 1979. kidnapped in March, 16, 2004.

In March, 16, 2004,at about 16:30,my son,Timur Yandiev, was kidnapped nearby the entrance check-point of «Ingushenergo»(in Mutalieva street,Nazran) by a group of six camouflaged and masked men.The persons were in the cars «Gazel» and «Niva»,without licence number plates. All of that incident was watched by keepers of «Ingushenergo» and they informed the militia bodies.

I got to know that after my son kidnapping, the autos passed military check-point «Kavkaz 20»(stationed on the Ingushetiya-Chechen republic border) in the Grozny direction, having shown a special pass of RF FSB.

By the fact, Nazran procuracy instituted legal proceedings.

Similar kidnappings of young persons happened before too.Only during the last two months, there were kidnapped about 40 men on the territory of Ingush etiya. There was noone to be instituted criminal proceedings against.Up ty now the kidnapped men’s relatives could have not establish locations of their kinsmen that were missing without a trace. Not only the kidnapped men’s parents but all population of Ingushetiya have no peace because noone secured against such outrage. The similar actions of the secret services members have continued up to now. The cars go about Ingushetiya territory searching new victims. That lawlessness must be urgently stopped.Impunity of the persons, committing such evil-doings,gives rise to new crimes again and again.

I urgently ask to help me establish the location of my son and other persons having kidnapped on the territory of Ingushetiya.

Yandiev M.M.,March,25,2004.
