On 3 April 2009, about 18:30, In Malgobek town, on crossing of streets Etusha and Bazorkina, near to a building of Federal Security Service of Malgobek town, the teacher of school № 20 of Malgobek Tankiev Gapur Aboevich born in 19.12.1985 was kidnapped by unidentified individual, around 6-8 persons, dressed in the black form (the special troops’ clothes), moving in two cars of mark VAZ-2110 of silvery colour and the black Lada-priora . Tankiev tried to resist, but was beaten and handed into a car. Criminals took him to an unknown destination. The Malgobek municipal procurator’s office instituted criminal proceedings on the basis of evidence of an offence under article 126, paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abduction of a person).
