We are relatives of the killed innocent Ibrahim Bekbuzarova, Abdurahman Kurskiev and Ilez Merzhoeva appeal to you with the last hope for justice. August 28, 2012, in the town of Malgobek, Ingushetia security forces extrajudicially executed were our sons. Early in the morning when everyone was asleep, our homes were both surrounded by armored vehicles and armed, «the representatives of the law» in disguise. Then it all happened on the same circuit. Without the provision, any documents and a search warrant and without the presence of the local authorities, district and witnesses, all of us were taken out of their homes into the street, ostensibly for passport checks. Then our sons were taken away, fully searched for weapons and other prohibited items. At the same time, in our homes and perform a thorough search. Once in homes and business premises or anything illegal did not find our sons under various pretexts brought into their home and brutally executed. We were on the street, it is ignorance, because in their yards we did not run, threatening that if we try to enter, we were shot. When asked why there is not a single representative of the local authorities, masked men responded that they have power, and are free to do whatever they want, and if someone does not agree, the board will find it. The fact that our sons are dead, we only know the 12 hours of the day. The apogee of lawlessness is that the security forces have motivated the need for allegedly killing the fact that our sons were armed resistance, yet after they searched and made everyone in the house, and this lawlessness occurred almost simultaneously in three different places. Our children had not only possible, but also the reasons which have generally either the resistance, the more they were under the eye of dozens of machines, besides them immediately at the beginning thoroughly searched, and all the rest of the time they were under the gun security forces. These employees not only killed our sons, but also robbed our house as usual gang of criminals they took away from our homes all the money, jewelry and other valuables.

Trying to find justice, we have already applied to all regional law enforcement agencies and authorities, but they did not take any steps to establish what the real truth of the tragedy and solemn-tion of justice and the rule of law in this case. We met with the head of Ingushetia Yevkurov, but, in spite of the fact that he was unable to show any evidence of at least indirect veins of our children in every possible way to shield law enforcement agencies involved in the murder of our children.

Even on the most inveterate terrorists hold court and sentenced to appropriate penalties. What killed our sons? What is to blame for our children who have just started to live and got married. Why, even if they are or what they suspected they were not detained until the circumstances. The fact that our sons did not provide any resistance may confirm dozens of eyewitnesses. If they resisted, the government has long shown a videotape, because everything that happens, «the representatives of the law,» filmed.

In accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation of Art. 49, «Everyone charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent until his guilt is proven in by federal law and established by a valid judgment of the court.» No one can be convicted of a crime and subjected to criminal punishment other than by a court in accordance with the law, so who will answer us, for what so brutally executed our children?

For your information:

That our sons in wrongdoing were not observed, the head of the republic reported even the local police. By place of residence and school our children were positive, no complaints at them never happened.

We want to bring to you and get a response from the security forces and regional authorities on the following questions: In what kind of power we seek justice and protection from lawlessness and barbarism, if thieves and murderers hide behind the official documents? Where in our Constitution stipulates that one can kill without trial of people without any evidence proving their guilt? Why are the authorities doing some arbitrariness, and marodernichayut illegally searched the homes of civilians? How long will this mess going on in our country and who is behind it all the answers? We are confident that the authorities, obey the wickedness against their fellow citizens, the worst of the worst terrorist!

We appeal to you to consider our appeal! And, while it will not bring our sons, let him be punished by those who unlawfully took the life of innocent people and cover the persons involved in the crime, even if they occupy the highest positions and ranks, at least in order to restore people’s faith in the law ! Since it is not isolated cases in the Republic of Ingushetia, please send a competent commission, composed of representatives will be included human rights organizations, for real and transparent investigation of all such cases. We urge you to stop the killing and abduction of young people committed by the security forces in the Republic of Ingushetia, who, instead of what would have to deal with real criminals and terrorists for the sake of the country’s leadership to destroy the peaceful youth!
