Statement

August 28th, 2012 at 6:30 am, we heard loud noises, issue of the horn directed to our yard. Unknown to us armed men in camouflage uniforms and masks shouted through a megaphone: «Your house is mined, go out with your hands up!». We got out of the yard and one of the men said that they came with a search warrant, to which I replied that the search was carried out in the presence of witnesses, and the presence of sanctions. I was told that they have all the power and they do not have to ask anyone.

Then, my younger brother, Abdurahman Kurskiev Abukarovicha born in 1986, was taken away and put to the wall. They began to conduct a search in the presence of Abdurahman, not allowing any of us in the house. Then we were taken to another street, leaving I turned around and saw a naked little brother to a goal with his hands up. Approximately an hour later, we heard gunshots. In response to the desire to know what is going on, and threatened to shoot. We were kept in the dark about what is happening to 11 hours, after which the police car drove by with OMVD Malgobek district. Father, sister, and I was put in this machine saying that you want to talk to the investigator, and they came after us. Seated us in the car, was taken to the department. We began questioning the masked man who introduced himself by saying that he was an employee with a criminal investigation. I believe that the interrogation was made to pass the time and that the traces of the murder of my brother. They cynically killed my brother, saying that he had Abdurahman armed resistance. The question is, how could offer any resistance naked man with his hands up under the eye of a unit of the security forces.
