Statement

July 28, 2012 in the territory of the Ingush State University, ul. Demchenko Art. Ordzhonikidzevskya, my son was killed Musaevich Tachiev Islam, born in 1992. That evening, he went out of the house and met with the neighborhood boys, Mohammed Musaevich Khayauri, born in 1991, and Arthur Inverovichem Karsamauli, the 1986 birth, not after a long conversation together they went to the mosque for evening prayers. Dozens of neighbors and villagers have seen them for some time before the murder. The shortest way to the mosque was across the campus. According to the witnesses the murder, on campus, they sat down on the bench, most likely wait until the prayer suit. After 10 minutes, about 22 hours, flew to the campus security officers and opened all three of aimed fire. All three of them did not even have time to get up off the bench, and had been shot, and then came to every law enforcement officers and ensure their control shots.

About 23 hours, we began to worry for our sons and began to call them. Magomed Khayauri mother called her son on the phone, but he was off, then she called the number on my son’s phone took a young man, she said, is Islam, to which her pure Ingush said no. Then she asked her name and told her son to the hospital tomorrow, and that she came to the Investigation Committee. Witnesses say the murder that brought the security forces after the killing of the slain camouflage uniforms and weapons. There are dozens of witnesses who can testify to what our boys were dressed in just a 20-30 minutes before the murder, and their clothes were not camouflaged. The next day we arrived at the morgue in Nazran CRCH in order to pick up the bodies, but we were kept there for at least three hours. Before issuing bodies, we are all forced to sign a written obligation that we do not object to the closure of the criminal case of the murder of our children. We were also required to waive the requirements of investigating a murder, and point out that we have no claims. Otherwise, we were threatened with the fact that the bodies never will be given, and sent to Rostov-on-Don. We were forced to sign the documents that we were given to sign. After that, we were given the bodies, and we took them home for the funeral. After bathing, we saw dead bodies in the minds of Islam and Arthur traces of control shots. The next day, after all the religious procedures, we buried our children.

Since 2006, my son Islam was permanently registered in Moscow, and in 2008 he joined the full-time department HPE «Plekhanov. Plekhanov. » From the moment he resides in Moscow. In Ingushetia, he came the day before the murder from Turkey, where he was vacationing. Nor any illegal activities he was engaged in questionable cases or when not participate. They are trying to put the militants, although Islam and Mohammed are the students of Moscow universities and are taught by full-time education, which certainly requires resides in class in Moscow. Islam and Mohammed studied very well. Arthur graduated from the same university in Moscow and returned to the country not long ago for a job. In Ingushetia, they both were almost a year. It is better to have only Allah knows their innocence.

Based on the above I ask you to help protect our constitutional rights, to provide an objective investigation into the murder of our sons.
