Activity Report of Human rights organization «MASHR» in 2012

In March 2021 a contest of projects held by charity fund (The National Endowment for Democracy USA) took place. Prepared and submitted by our organization for the competition project «FREE LEGAL AND INFORMATION ASSISTANCE TO POPULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INGUSHETIA,» was won.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Proceeding from the materials published in the given report, Human rights organisation «MASHAR» recommends:

1. To the State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation to create the special commission, with attraction of representatives of human rights organisations, for carrying out of check of the facts of infringements of human rights by power structures and Office of Public Prosecutor RI and RSO.

To Check up all affairs raised upon abductions and disappearances of people in the North Caucasus. далее…
